PHU QUOC, VIETNAM, November 10, 2024 – China’s Youkan Li, a well-known regular on the Asian poker circuit, secured his first APT title in Event #13: Single Day High Roller. Li showed he had the skills to emerge victorious from a field of 17 high rollers (14 unique), taking home the top prize of VND 569,890,000 (~USD 22,438).
Japan’s Motoyoshi Okamura claimed second place, earning VND 379,930,000 (~USD 14,957), while China’s Xin Tang rounded out the top three with a payout of VND 237,460,000 (~USD 9,349).

Hayashi’s first APT title of his poker career came in the Omaha format.
Japan’s Hayashi Kentaro claimed his first APT title in Event #14: Omaholic8, navigating through a dynamic field of 13 entries (9 unique). Hayashi demonstrated exceptional Omaha play, taking the top prize of VND 43,093,200 (~USD 1,696).
Belarus’ Chudapal Siarhei secured the runner-up spot with VND 28,730,000 (~USD 1,131), while Russia’s Georgii Klenin rounded out the final table payouts, earning VND 17,960,000 (~USD 707).

Russian Pro Ermin earns his first APT title.
Ivan Ermin from Russia claimed victory in Event #15: NL Hold'em, marking his first APT title. Ermin, who is closing in on USD 300,000 in live earnings, beat out a formidable field of 45 entries (39 unique), earning a payout of VND 234,220,000 (~USD 9,219).
His fellow countryman Sergei Korzhenko finished in second place, securing VND 161,330,000 (~USD 6,352), while Thailand's Wipat Udomkanjananan completed the top three, taking home VND 105,870,000 (~USD 4,168).

Siarhei Wins First APT Title in Event #16: Turbo - PL Omaha Hi-Lo - 5 Card (Big O) - Bomb Pot
Siarhei did not have any prior recorded live cashes prior to the event.
Belarusian amateur Chudapal Siarhei finally secured his first APT title in Event #16: Turbo - PL Omaha Hi-Lo - 5 Card (Big O) - Bomb Pot, following two runner-up finishes earlier in the series. Siarhei’s persistence paid off as he triumphed over a resilient field of 20 entries (16 unique) to claim the top prize of VND 35,860,000 (~USD 1,411).
Russia’s Georgii Klenin secured second place with a payout of VND 23,900,000 (~USD 940), while Taiwan’s Li Ta Hsu, looking to extend his strong form from APT Manila 2024, completed the podium in third, earning VND 15,360,000 (~USD 604). Dong An Claims First APT Title in Event #18: Hyper Turbo - High Roller
Local Nguyen Van Dong An celebrated his first APT title victory in Event #18: Hyper Turbo - High Roller. The event attracted 39 high rollers (35 unique). Dong An’s win secured him a top prize of VND 188,955,000 (~USD 7,441).
Nelson George Dong from Australia finished as the runner-up, taking home VND 130,230,000 (~USD 5,126), while Japan’s Kyosuke Nagami, an APT circuit regular and seasoned player on the hunt for his his third APT title, completed the podium with VND 82,990,000 (~USD 3,268).

Bluffalo Sam’s first APT title couldn’t be sweeter.
Known for his sharp commentary and poker analysis, Sam Nigel Insole proved he’s not all talk with his first APT title in Event #19: Tick Tock BOOM! Super Hold'em. Showing that he can back up his commentary skills with actual poker prowess, his banter might carry a little more weight now with a win under his belt. Watch out Vidur! Insole triumphed over 45 entries (39 unique) and secured VND 51,642,000 (~USD 2,033).
India’s Kunal Patni, who already had a final table finish in the Vietnam National Cup earlier this series, added another strong showing by placing second and earning VND 35,700,000 (~USD 1,405). Jian Tao from China rounded out the top three with a payout of VND 22,790,000 (~USD 897).
