Mechanics

• The event is soft capped at 36.
• 10,000 minimum starting stack (Max 35,000).
• Table draw will commence at 12PM.
• Games shall be played on a 9x9 board.
• All games are played with an even game (no handicap).
• Black wins with 44 stones
• Each player will play 5 rounds, each against a different opponent.
• Time Control: Fischer Timing - 5 minutes per player with a 5-second increment per move.
• The winner of each individual match will receive 5,000 bonus starting chips, to be awarded before the start of the poker tournament.
• No bonus chips for a draw or loss.
• Poker: Tables will be randomly drawn and play will begin promptly at 3PM.
• All prize money will be awarded based on the final result of the poker tournament.
• All Tournament Director or Mind Sport Arbitrator rulings are final.
