Flight B of the APT Taipei TWD 10,000 National Cup is in the books, after yesterday's success with 488 entries on the first flight, the second flight received 425 entries (298 unique). This means with three more flights to be finished, the guaranteed prize pool of TWD 15,000,000 (~$475,000) will be smashed. A total of 63 players made it into the money on Flight B, and 24 survivors were able to bag for Day 2.
Taiwan's Pi-Ying Hsu is our commanding Flight B chip leader, bagging 1,225,000. His countryman Wei Te Tai is the only other player to bring a seven-figure chip stack to Day 2 with a cool 1,000,000 in chips. Kwan Cheng completed the podium, bagging 890,000. A full Taiwanese top three!
Flight B generated a prize pool of TWD 3,669,025 (~$115,985) and paid out TWD 760,000 (~USD 24,020) of that, which was awarded to places 24 to 63. Korean celebrity Yohwan "BoxeR" Lim burst the bubble by busting Hon Leung. Lim flopped trips and turned a full-house to leave Leung drawing dead. All final 63 players were guaranteed a min-cash of TWD 15,000 (~$474). A total of TWD 2,909,025 (~USD 91,940) of the Flight B prize pool will be carried over to Day 2.

On Day 1 of the series, Godena made it into the money in two events, #Event2 Pot Limit Omaha High - 5 Card and #Event 8 Pot Limit Omaha Turbo. Godena will bring 590,000 into Day 2.
Other notables that made it to Day 2 are Hong Kong's Yiu Yeung Leung (420,000), Japan's Haruna Fujita (320,000), and Germany's Felix Kohl (195,000).
